All Square is a nonprofit social enterprise that invests in people impacted by mass incarceration. Our mission is to heal the harms created by the legal system by changing the way criminal records are used and viewed.
Our Name
We are fighting for a world where those who have paid their debts to society are ALL SQUARE, meaning truly unencumbered by their criminal records socially, economically, and politically.

Personal & Systems Accountability
Transformation of the criminal legal system can surface only if the conversation is centered on personal accountability and systems accountability, i.e., the systematic ills that stem from racism and oppression — including cash bail, disparate sentencing regimes, prosecutorial discretion, unconstitutional arrest practices, the criminalization of drugs and drug-related crime, and a myriad of other regimes that have created mass incarceration.
Healing First
Trauma is real. To do this work responsibly, we have to invest in practices and supports that foster healing as intentionally as we invest in all other aspects of our enterprise.
Restorative Justice
Healing for victims of violence is critically important, and violence, exploitation, and forced assimilation has been inflicted upon Black and Brown communities during both colonial and modern times — harm and trauma that is largely unrecognized or accounted for by the dominant culture.
